Teaching Silks on Sumbawa Island

Such an epic location to teach from at Whales and Waves resort in Indonesia. I will definitely be going back at some stage to teach, so watch this space.

I was invited by Momentom Collective to come over and share some wisdom with my aerial acrobatics and Yoga to students from all over the world that share a passion for movement. What a great crew of people with interests in Crypotcurrency, environmental issues, authentic relating, music, dance, healing, circus, mediatation and Yoga.

The view of the sea right across the road, the breeze and the remoteness of this place is beautiful. Its hard to get to, with 2 flights, 2 taxis and a 2 hour ferry that may or may not turn into a 5 hour ferry, but thats all part of the adventure. And when you are there, you are there!

Here are some pics from the local water fall area which wasn’t flowing much because it was dry season, but still such an amazing spot.

And here is me acting very casual on the beach.

And here are some beautiful sunset yoga pics taken just at the resort.
