Private tuition
1-to-1 yoga and breathwork lessons are the gateway to exploring the deeper connection to the body and breath in an individually tailored practice.
You have the opportunity to receive specialised attention and focus on your personal requirements. Poses are selected, sequenced, and modified to suit individual abilities, needs, and goals.
$150 for 1-1 live stream
Lessons at yours price dependent on travel time
Note:
Cancellations 24-36 hours prior to lesson will incur a 50% lesson cost fee.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before lesson will receive no refund.
